Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the shipping mailer, ensuring the package is properly sealed.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the items.
